Olayinka has a vested interest in the biomechanical effects of work posture and ergonomics, having had experience with hundreds of England based organisation, performing over 3000 employee assessments over the years. She is passionate about promoting holistic health and well-being.

With a special interest in orthopaedics, Olayinka has further experience working with  orthopaedic surgeons with specialty in knee and hip replacements surgery under Johnson & Johnson Medtech and therefore passionate about rehabilitation and treatment post surgery.


Being heavily invested in health Post-Op, She is passionate about recovery, further specialising in post-op Manual Lymphatic drainage and Fibrosis treatment.

Sorin

(Consultant Senior Osteopath- Woolwich Arsenal)

Sorin-Ionut completed his Master degree in Osteopathy at the University College of Osteopathy in London and prior to this, qualified in Sports Therapy with First Class Honours from the University of East London.


Passionate about sports and drive for success from a young age, Sorin-Ionut was competitive water-polo player competing at both national and international level for Romania for many years. Undergoing rehabilitation whilst playing water-polo professionally, he developed a more profound interest in movement, health and performance that has brought him to a professional role in sports-specific rehabilitation and injury prevention.

Having been through the process of rehabilitation, he has first-hand experience of the common barriers to recovery as well as understanding the role of the professional therapist during the recovery phase.


Together with his clinical reasoning, rehabilitation and osteopathic treatment skills this insight allows Sorin-Ionut to offer his patients a bespoke service to expedite their path to recovery.

Sorin-Ionut has extensive work experience within the NHS, amateur and semi-pro sport clubs (football, rugby, basketball, athletics), sports events (Brighton Marathon, London Marathon, Hackney Half Marathon, Football Aid)

Mercy has extensive experience helping clients with weight loss journey she has worked at health clinics such as Alevere and many high end Spas and Salons such as Sannok spa at the kempinski hotel in Central London. She is also trained in many luxury spa brands such as Neom, Clarins, ESPA, Karin Herzog and Pinks Boutique just to name a few.

Jahnet

(VTCT Qualified Therapist- Woolwich Arsenal & Rochester)


Jahnet is a VTCT-qualified  NVQ Diploma beauty therapist with a passion for helping clients feel confident and cared for in their skin. She specialises in a range of holistic therapies designed to support both physical and emotional wellbeing, including lymphatic drainage to aid recovery after procedures such as liposuction and tummy tucks, helping to reduce swelling and support body contouring. Jahnet specialises in fibrosis treatment helping to reduce post surgical adhesions.

Jahnet also has a specialty in Facial electrotherapy- a non-invasive cosmetic treatment using low-level electrical currents to stimulate facial muscles, increase circulation, and boost collagen. It acts as a "non-surgical facelift," toning skin, reducing wrinkles, and improving contouring.

Yannis

Physiotherapist Woolwich


Yannis has developed expertise in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and sports injury management with elite athletes. Her approach combines hands-on techniques including soft tissue therapy and manual therapy with evidence-based exercise prescription tailored to each individual’s goals. She is particularly passionate about cutting edge technology such as electric stimulation, hand held dynamometer and blood retraction band. 


In addition to her musculoskeletal experience, Yannis has extensive experience in treating neurological conditions such as epilepsy, cerebral palsy, and stroke. She is experienced in delivering goal-oriented therapy to support functional independence and developmental progression.


Yannis is HCPC-registered, a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, and holds additional certifications in sports massage, kinesio taping, and trauma medical management. She is fluent in English and Cantonese.


Yannis graduated in Exercise Science and Health Education and completed her MSc in Physiotherapy (Pre-registration) with Distinction at the University of East Anglia. She has gained clinical experience across both NHS and private settings in the UK.

With over 15 years of experience. We have helped hundreds or people in pain as well educate many more on how to maintain a healthy musculoskeletal system. Conditions including spinal pain, muscle spasm, weak muscles, headaches, and sports injury.

Medical Acupuncture


Dry needling triggers a healing response and can decrease muscle tightness, increase blood flow and reduce pain. Patients often report immediate relief after treatment. 
needles can remain in the muscle for as little as 10 seconds or 20 minutes.

Manual Lymphatic drainage- MLD


MLD is a light, skin-stretching massage that helps promote the movement of lymphatic fluid out of the swollen limb. MLD is specifically focused on the lymph vessels to help the flow of lymphatic fluid. It’s not only relaxing, but it helps increase movement of fluid toward the heart.

MLD may be useful in conditions such as post-traumatic, post-surgical oedema and bloating.
